Office assistant job vacancy in Al Shamkhah City UAE for foreigners


We are seeking an experienced and responsible Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be comfortable with a range of tasks.

The Office Assistant will be required to provide administrative support for all aspects of the company's operations. Duties include answering phones, maintaining records, filing, photocopying, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask effectively. Great communication skills are essential for this role as you will be expected to communicate with clients and staff on a regular basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they have the relevant qualifications and experience.
