Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, mapping, and related measurements to determine property boundaries. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field, along with 2+ years of experience in land surveying or a similar role. In addition, the successful applicant should have exceptional problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Knowledge of the local regulations concerning surveying will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and analyze data from technical sources
• Utilize survey equipment like total stations, GPS systems, levels, etc.
• Create accurate maps using survey equipment and specialized software
• Resolve discrepancies between survey results and legal documents
• Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety regulations
• Provide timely reports on survey results and findings
• Maintain accurate records of survey data

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• 2+ years of experience in land surveying or similar role
• Knowledge of applicable regulations concerning surveying in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
