Executive Chef – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new recipes and menus, managing staff in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. We require an individual with excellent management skills, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and an appreciation for international cuisines.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and innovative menus that will drive customer satisfaction
• Lead the team in creating attractive presentations for dishes
• Monitor food preparation methods to ensure that quality standards are met
• Monitor stock levels to ensure that ingredients are fresh and available as needed
• Manage purchasing orders to ensure quality ingredients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the kitchen environment
• Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques
• Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a chef or head cook in a professional culinary setting
• Ability to create both classic dishes as well as innovate new recipes
• Strong understanding of kitchen management systems
• Knowledge of international cuisines preferred
• Excellent communication skills
