Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1400 QAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably with experience in overseeing multiple departments. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Additionally, the supervisor should have strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include:

-Supervising staff members to ensure that they are meeting their deadlines
-Ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently
-Developing new strategies for improving team performance
-Maintaining detailed records of staff performance and attendance
-Creating reports on operational progress and presenting them to senior management
-Enforcing company policies in a fair and consistent manner
