We are looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent leadership and customer service. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, managing staff, and ensuring that all customer needs are met in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff, assign tasks and ensure their day-to-day duties are completed effectively


• Provide guidance and support to team members


• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed at all times


• Monitor quality control to ensure customer satisfaction


• Ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain inventory levels


• Develop/implement operational policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
