Land surveyor vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. Salary is 1800 per month. Experience is preferred but not required.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for surveying land and performing calculations to determine boundaries, distances, areas and other features of land for construction projects and legal proceedings. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare plans, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe boundary lines
• Utilize mathematics and land survey knowledge to calculate the size, area, contour composition of tracts of land
• Use data from sources such as aerial photographs, remote sensing images, survey notes and satellite imagery
• Operate surveying instruments such as the Total Station or GPS equipment
• Make sketches or enter notes into computers in order to produce final surveys
• Consult with clients or other professionals to discuss project details such as requirements, procedures or problems

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is an asset
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to read maps accurately and interpret aerial photographs
• A valid driver's license is an asset
