Surveyor – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 SAR per month and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of the land. He/she will also be responsible for interpreting legal documents, determining the location of existing features, and plotting new boundaries. Additional responsibilities include:

• Collecting survey data using specialized surveying equipment such as total stations, levels, transits, and GPS units;
• Analyzing geographic information systems (GIS) data;
• Preparing reports and maps outlining survey findings;
• Assisting with the design of construction projects;
• Supervising or instructing survey technicians on site.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in surveying or a related field from an accredited university as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, he/she should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.
