Project Manager Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects, from initiation to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 AED per month and we are open to considering applicants from outside of the UAE.

Job Summary

The successful applicant will plan, budget, oversee and document construction projects while using their knowledge of design and building processes. They will also manage day-to-day operations to ensure that deadlines are met and they will work with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all construction projects.
• Develop project plans that include scheduling, resource planning and budgeting.
• Create reports detailing progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Perform quality assurance inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in managing construction projects.
• Knowledge of design processes such as AutoCAD or Sketchup Pro.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language.
