Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are a rapidly growing restaurant chain in Dubai and we are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including operations, customer service, and staff management. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED per month plus benefits.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, customer-focused, and has excellent problem solving skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, although we are also willing to consider applicants with no prior experience.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff members. He or she should be able to develop effective strategies to increase sales and profitability as well as motivate the team to reach their desired goals. The candidate should also have knowledge of health and safety regulations and will need to ensure compliance at all times.
