Construction Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in construction and have the ability to manage complex projects, from start to finish.

The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be organized and efficient, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone who can ensure construction sites are safe and projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:
• Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to
• Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Scheduling material deliveries and labor force
• Monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Preparing detailed reports on progress, budgets, and estimates at completion
• Managing relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.
