Truck Driver (Abu-Dhabi)

Our company is looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join us in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience driving long-haul trucks and must be willing to work both day and night shifts. The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The job responsibilities of the Truck Driver include:
• Loading and unloading goods safely using appropriate lifting equipment;
• Delivering goods from one destination to another in a timely manner;
• Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues;
• Completing paperwork related to deliveries including delivery notes, timesheets, etc.;
• Maintaining the truck clean and ensuring it is in good working condition;
• Following all applicable traffic laws and road regulations;
• Practicing safe driving habits such as defensive driving, observing speed limits, etc.;
• Communicating with dispatchers to receive delivery instructions.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with no violations;
• Knowledge of tractor-trailer operations and safety regulations;
• Ability to read maps/GPS navigation systems;
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Good verbal communication skills;
• Possess good physical stamina as well as mental focus.
