We are seeking an experienced, motivated and organized Supervisor for a position in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time role with competitive salary of 1300 and we are willing to consider foreign candidates.

This position requires a professional who can lead and manage staff effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members and build relationships with clients and colleagues.

The Supervisor’s duties include monitoring staff performance, organizing schedules, maintaining accurate records, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts and providing feedback. They must also stay up to date with industry trends in order to develop better practices. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing safety protocols within the workplace.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role as well as strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
