We are seeking a talented and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate survey measurements and mapping for the development of land. This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys for new construction sites or existing properties.
• Evaluate conditions of land to determine best survey methods, such as aerial photography or ground surveys.
• Analyze data collected by surveying instruments to establish the exact location of boundaries and angles of buildings, land features, and other structures.
• Calculate measurements between points on a map or plot using trigonometric functions.
• Create detailed reports of survey results for clients or government agencies
• Provide technical advice on appropriate instruments and measurement techniques.
• Prepare maps, charts, diagrams, reports, sketches, and other materials related to the survey project.
• Assist other engineers in their duties such as preparing estimates for engineering projects or preparing drawings for construction projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying/geomatics/engineering/related field
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of mathematics related to land surveying techniques
• Familiarity with geographical information systems (GIS)
• Strong customer service skills

Salary: 1400 SAR per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position.
