We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a salary of 1000 SAR/month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying activities on various types of construction projects including roads, highways, and bridges as well as land development projects. They will ensure that survey data is accurate and complete in order to provide the most precise information possible for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
• Collect survey data using various methods such as GPS systems, Total Stations and levelling instruments;
• Analyze data collected from surveys;
• Design topographic maps;
• Prepare and implement plans for surveying operations;
• Research legal documents such as deeds and land titles;
• Compile reports on surveys conducted;
• Liaise with clients and other professionals such as engineers or architects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification;
• Proven experience as a Surveyor;
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail;
• Good mathematical skills;
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or other related software packages;
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations concerning surveying activities.
