Executive Chef - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. We are offering a competitive salary of 1500 SAR for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating creative and interesting dishes and menus, while maintaining quality standards and food safety regulations. They will also be responsible for supervising all kitchen personnel, managing kitchen staff scheduling and training, ordering food supplies, controlling food costs, ensuring quality control measures are met, and providing general oversight of the kitchen operations.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in the culinary field with a passion for cooking. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to create an enjoyable work environment. We are also open to candidates who have immigrated to Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate should possess:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position
• Experience with ordering food supplies and controlling food costs
• Knowledge of local cuisine is preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
