We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be required to create quality coffee-based beverages, maintain the highest standards of customer service, and contribute to a positive and professional environment.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. He/she should be knowledgeable about different coffee brewing methods, including espresso, French press, pour-over, and cold brews. They must also be willing to learn about new products, techniques, trends and equipment.

The main duties of this role include preparing espresso-based drinks, taking orders from customers accurately and efficiently; upselling items to customers; maintaining cleanliness in the café area; stocking inventory; ensuring compliance with safety rules; interacting with customers professionally; aiding in maintaining regular store protocols; carrying out cashier duties as needed.

This role offers a competitive salary of 1600 for an experienced Barista who can excel in this position. We are open to considering applications from foreigners for this role.
