We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and quality in our restaurant, while providing an optimal customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, as well as a passion for developing their expertise and sharing it with others. He/She should be able to build relationships with customers and staff alike, while providing superior customer service. The Sommelier must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure during busy times. He/She should be comfortable making wine-pairing suggestions for customers and ensuring that all wine orders are correctly placed.

In addition to managing the wine list, the successful applicant must have a good working knowledge of food pairing with wines and spirits, as well as an understanding of cellar management. He/She should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills in order to ensure that the service runs smoothly throughout the shift.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700 per month for this position. We are open to considering foreign applicants who fulfill all other criteria for this role.
