We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will be knowledgeable about wine, and have a passion for providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the principles of food and wine pairing, as well as the ability to create bespoke wine menus. We are ready to consider applicants who have no prior experience but have a strong interest in wine.

Job Summary

As Sommelier, you will be responsible for designing and executing tailored wine lists that complement our menu choices. Your duties will include maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all wines available in our restaurant, recommending pairings with dishes on the menu, training staff on wines, and providing expert advice to customers when needed. You will also be expected to control liquor inventory levels.
