Job Title: HR Manager – Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 1300/Monthly

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with both recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives
• Lead recruitment processes to attract the best talent to the organization
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy interpretation
• Prepare reports on performance appraisals, attrition rates, payroll, etc.
• Monitor employee engagement initiatives and address any arising issues quickly
• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with applicable regulations
• Develop training programs for employees across all levels of the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field of study
• Proven track record as an HR Manager or similar role in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, labor laws, and employee relations best practices
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff from all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
