HR Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.



Responsibilities


The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support the organization's objectives. This will include recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, policy development and implementation. The position will also provide advice on any changes in labor laws or regulations that may impact the organization.



Requirements


A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is also essential. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership ability, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.



Salary


The salary offered for this position is 1600 per month. We are open to consider immigrants for this role.
