HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee development, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of employment laws. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and select staff according to company policies and procedures
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Advise managers on staff selection, disciplinary matters and grievance procedures
• Oversee employee performance review processes
• Develop training programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with employment law regulations
• Oversee payroll administration and benefit plans
• Provide guidance on career development opportunities
• Evaluate HR policy effectiveness and suggest improvements when needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international organization or firm.
• Proven experience in labor relations management and employee development strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law regulations.

Salary: 1400 AED/month (we are ready to consider a foreigner)
