We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, customer service, and sales. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating a positive work environment through effective communication and motivational techniques while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The Manager will also need to manage food production and ensure delivery of high-quality meals with excellent customer service. Furthermore, they will need to perform regular inventory checks and evaluate staff performance in order to maintain efficient operations within the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in a managerial role, or ready to demonstrate their ability to take on such responsibility. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience; however, they must have a valid visa or residence permit. The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.
