Description:
We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field and have minimal work experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant to gain valuable work experience in the library field. As our Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and cataloging library materials; assisting patrons with research questions; teaching library users how to access information and use library resources; and providing reference services. You will also be responsible for maintaining library records, updating catalogs, and preparing reports. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring budget expenditures for library materials and supplies as well as supervising any volunteers or student workers who assist with library operations.
