Job Description for Manager Position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is open to both locals and foreigners, and offers a salary of 1800 AED per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

The Manager’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing daily operations; managing staff; establishing and monitoring budgets; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity; coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the business; monitoring customer satisfaction levels; developing new products/services; researching competition, pricing, trends, etc.; creating reports for senior management; resolving customer service issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least three years' experience in a managerial role is required. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have strong problem solving skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential.
