Job Description:
Al-Kuwait is looking for a Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent service. This role requires the successful candidate to have prior experience in a similar role.

The primary responsibilities of the Barista include:
• Greeting customers with a smile and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing coffee and other drinks to order, using professional skills
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café
• Operating cash registers accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with food preparation, when required
• Restocking shelves with inventory when necessary
• Following health and safety regulations at all times
• Providing customers with product information

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or similar role
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and recipes
• Excellent communication skills and friendly attitude towards customers
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
