We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait!

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a café setting and be passionate about coffee. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of café space
• Monitor inventory of supplies and order when necessary
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items
• Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Barista or in a related role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, grinders and other related equipment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy with orders
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Ability to work quickly while remaining organized

Salary: 1200 KD/Monthly. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
