Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build relationships with customers, develop strategies to reach sales goals, and have excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize customer interactions
- Develop a customer database that reflects customer interests and needs
- Maintain relationships with current customers through regular contact and visits
- Develop promotional strategies for products and services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences etc. to promote the company's products and services
- Track sales activity, analyze market data and report results back to management
- Maintain complete knowledge of products, services, pricing structures and discounts
- Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure maximum profitability for the company.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not required
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) are essential for this role
- Ability to establish relationships with customers quickly and effectively
- Excellent knowledge of pricing structures strategies, discounts etc.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data & market trends
