Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Al-Kuwait location. We are offering a salary of 1200 and are open to considering a foreigner for the role. No experience is necessary, but the right candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff


• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed by all staff


• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times


• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant


• Monitor financial performance and suggest cost-saving measures


• Organize promotional events, such as wine tastings or special menus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
  
• Proven management experience in a restaurant environment
