Bank Teller Job Opening - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider applicants who have no experience, as well as foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers in the bank to provide basic banking services such as deposits, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. The Bank Teller will also need to be able to identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions to optimize customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, etc.
• Balance teller drawers daily
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate services
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Answer customer inquiries regarding bank services
• Maintain security of sensitive information at all times
• Respond promptly and accurately to audit inquiries

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
• Previous banking experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure; strong attention to detail when handling customer transactions is essential
• Solid computer skills; able to navigate bank systems quickly and efficiently
