FIXED

  • Base pay: 8K/mo.

  • Govt benefit SSS: 500/mo.

VARIABLE (+/- 100 php)

  • 1 sack of rice 25kg/mo.

  • Weekly vegetables 3/4kg

  • Monthly budget 1k for fish/meat

  • Eligible leaves 1 day/wk

Total Php 11,000

+ Lodging + Electricity + Wifi + Drinking water + amenities are covered.

Responsibilities:

  • Farming

  • Managing farm + workers

  • Light construction + Maintenance
