We are looking for a qualified Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing guidance, support and direction in order to ensure optimum performance.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a similar role. They should be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. The ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyse data and make decisions quickly. They must have an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures related to the role. A proven track record of leading teams to success is essential.

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that goals are achieved, deadlines met and standards maintained. They will be required to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and provide feedback in order to drive results.
