Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1100 SAR per month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in land surveying, be familiar with the latest surveying technology, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as total station, GPS and other survey tools
• Collecting data from various sources including aerial photos, maps and other records
• Analyzing collected data and preparing survey reports for clients
• Establishing horizontal and vertical control networks
• Monitoring construction projects to ensure accuracy of the project design
• Evaluating existing conditions of property boundaries using research methods such as boundary law principles
• Preparing legal descriptions for deeds and easements
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in land surveying technology

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveying or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in land surveying (preferred)
• Familiarity with the latest surveying technologies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
