Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and property, preparing reports and maps on the measurements taken.

The ideal candidate should have experience with surveying in both urban and rural areas and be proficient in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations. Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge of relevant legal regulations and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The position offers a salary of 1600 SAR per month, which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey objectives and make detailed plans for completing the survey job
• Take precise measurements using surveying equipment
• Interpret data from aerial photographs
• Prepare maps, drawings, reports, and legal descriptions of land boundaries
• Inspect sites to ensure accuracy of survey results
• Set out boundary pegs or markers as per survey plans
• Ensure compliance with local laws in all aspects of survey work
• Maintain records of survey data with accuracy

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as land surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying systems and instruments such as total station, GPS receiver etc.

• Ability to interpret aerial photos

• Proficient in using AutoCAD or other related software applications

• Proficient in mathematics involving trigonometry

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Good physical condition due to outdoor working environment
