Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, cost control and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and management skills with an eye for detail to ensure a high quality of service is maintained throughout. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position and minimal work experience is required.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers;
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Supervise daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, menu development, etc.;
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies;
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met;
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or services rendered.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of restaurant management best practices;
• Experience in delivering exceptional guest services;
• Ability to stay calm under pressure;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Outstanding leadership abilities with great attention to detail.

Salary: 1400 AED per month.
