We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to take their career in hospitality to the next level.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer service excellence and profitability. You will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to staff, plan menus, coordinate staff work schedules, create budgets, manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training staff on customer service standards and procedures.

You should have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required; however, a proven track record of success leading teams or managing projects is essential. We are ready to consider foreigners who can demonstrate competence in English language communication skills as well as an understanding of the local culture. Salary on offer is 1100 AED per month.
