Construction Manager Vacancy – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality and on time.

Job Description

The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising the construction works, including coordinating staff, resources and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting through to completion. They will also need to ensure that health and safety regulations are met at all times.

The Construction Manager must possess excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. They must also have excellent communication skills as they will be liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and other staff members.

Requirements for the Candidate

• A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a construction management role.

• Familiarity with building regulations and health & safety standards.

• Strong project management skills with an ability to plan, organise and monitor works.
