Merchandiser – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser in Doha, Qatar to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail and merchandising, as well as an interest in the fashion industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive prices
• Develop promotional plans for different product ranges
• Liaise with advertising and design teams to create eye-catching displays
• Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and labeled
• Ensure safety standards are met in the store
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Train staff on product knowledge and store policies
• Develop strategies to increase store sales (e.g., loyalty programs)

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styles with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to analyze sales figures, make accurate forecasts, and plan accordingly
• Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary: 1600 QR/monthly (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
