Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Supervisor in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100. We welcome applications from immigrants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and must be able to manage a team of people efficiently. They must have good problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure. The successful candidate must also have great attention to detail, be able to make timely decisions, and possess the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to improve customer service levels and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance of staff and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Train, mentor, coach, and provide feedback/guidance to staff members
• Resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner
• Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements as needed
• Analyze data related to staff performance, customer service levels, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and develop teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
