We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires an individual with experience in managing and leading a team, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule, providing guidance to the employees, and managing the budget.

The Supervisor must have the ability to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and set goals for the team. They should also be able to develop strategies and implement processes to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or collaboratively with other departments. Additionally, they must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members as well as external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of financial management principles and the ability to manage budgets effectively. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who meet our criteria and have valid work permits for Abu Dhabi. This position comes with a salary of 1700AED per month depending upon experience and qualifications.
