Job Summary

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving various beverages, such as coffee, tea, cappuccinos, lattes, and frappes. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the café is clean and fully stocked with supplies. Additionally, they will be interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements for Candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant environment. They should also have knowledge of various coffee-making techniques and be able to make espresso-based drinks quickly and accurately. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills, as well as good organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Additional Qualifications

It is desirable but not essential that the candidate has experience working with food safety regulations or barista certifications. The ability to communicate effectively in English is also highly valued.
