Job Title: Barista
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a barista and demonstrate an enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work with a variety of clientele, and have an understanding of the coffee making process. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, and other specialty drinks.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing hot and cold beverages such as coffee drinks, smoothies, shakes etc.
• Operating espresso machines and blenders correctly to ensure the highest quality beverage is served
• Educating customers on the various types of coffees available
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace throughout shift
• Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good multitasking skills.
• Ability to take orders from customers accurately.
• Knowledgeable about different brewing methods and coffee varieties. • Excellent customer service skills with friendly attitude. • Good problem solving skills with attention to detail. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, any related experience is acceptable for this role.
