Secretary Position, Abu-Dhabi


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. We offer a salary of 1000 AED per month and are open to considering applications from foreign candidates.



Job Summary


The Secretary will provide essential administrative support and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations within the office. Duties will include answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, filing documents, and other general administrative duties.



Needs for the Candidate


The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
