We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the entire office and will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role. No experience is necessary as we can provide full training.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and must be able to multitask. Proficiency with computers is also required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing general administrative support; managing calendars; scheduling meetings; arranging travel; processing mail; preparing documents; answering phones; filing documents; and performing other duties as assigned.
