Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Caregiver to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide personal care services to elderly or disabled adults in the comfort of their own home. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as a Caregiver
• Must be compassionate, patient, and have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kgs if necessary

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and snacks in accordance with clients' dietary needs
• Help clients move around the house and accompany them on walks or other outdoor activities
• Provide medication reminders when necessary
• Monitor clients' health condition by taking vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate and blood pressure
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dusting and vacuuming
• Monitor nutrition levels by tracking food intake and preparing meals according to dietary needs

Qualifications:
• Certification from a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred but not required • High School diploma or equivalent is required • Knowledgeable in safety procedures for providing personal care services • Ability to develop positive relationships with clients while respecting their privacy
