We are looking for a talented CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and be able to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot them.

The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines in order to fabricate precision components. This will include a variety of tasks such as selecting the appropriate tools, loading the material onto the machine, locating the job along with data entry into computerized software systems. Additionally, the CNC Operator must inspect completed work to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of machine shop mathematics as well as general computer proficiency. A good eye for detail is also essential since you will need to make sure that all parts are accurate and precise before they move onto the next stage of production. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; we are ready to consider both foreigners and candidates with minimal work experience.
