Job Title: Barista

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

We are seeking an experienced Barista for our café in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be passionate about making great coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, espresso, and other specialty beverages
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines as set forth by the café management
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
• Interact with customers to take orders and provide friendly customer service
• Accurately handle cash register transactions
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of coffee making processes and techniques (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (especially during peak hours)
• Good communication skills with customers
• Excellent organizational skills
