Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our cafe in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and be willing to learn new skills. The successful candidate will serve customers with coffee drinks by following established recipes and guidelines, as well as comply with health and safety regulations.

Needs for the Candidate:
• Basic proficiency in English
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while under pressure
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Knowledge of general cashier duties (such as taking payments) is an asset but not necessary
