We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR best practices. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources functions and processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and plans in alignment with the company’s objectives. You will also be responsible for evaluating performance metrics to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain good relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; a degree or certification in Human Resources is preferred but not required. Knowledge of local labor laws is also preferred but not required. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position with an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month.
