Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the HR field and be able to manage all aspects of the human resources function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our human resources team in developing and implementing strategies to ensure high performance, employee retention, and engagement. This includes overseeing recruitment activities, managing payroll, performance management, employee relations, and developing organizational policies and procedures. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to work with various stakeholders across the organization.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR management experience. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is preferred but not required. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they meet the other qualifications.
