HR Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have at least two years of professional experience in Human Resources. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment process by developing job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Manage employee relations issues such as grievances or disciplinary actions
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance, leave policies, disability programs, etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payrolls, leaves, attendance) in both paper and electronic filing systems
